Design Notes

For successful ligation in the correct order and orientation, the three basic parts (BBa_K4388011, BBa_K4388004, and BBa_B0015) were synthesised (IDT) with appropriate JUMP prefixes and suffixes, generating appropriate complementary 4-bp overhangs upon BsaI digestion.
